Skype For Business Office 365 Plugin Mac
I am having multiple issues with using the Skype for Business Web App Plugin. I have installed it to open with chrome, but when I try that I cannot see the other party's screenshares, all I see is a black screen. I am using a Macbook Pro on 10.13.6 OS with the latest versions of Chrome and Safari. A friend suggested that I try using the web app plugin through Safari to solve the screenshare issue, but when I try to open the link in Safari it asks me to download the plugin, which I do, but then it says installation failed and I cannot get into the meeting. I do not have access to a corporate Skype for Business account, so I am stuck using only the web app plugin. I know multiple people with macs on my team who are able to participate in these meetings, so I am not sure what my issue is.

We do not have separate licences for users just the E3 enterprise plan which includes SFB.
