Monitor For A Mac Book Pro 15 2012
Word for mac free. Feb 14, 2017 I would like to upgrade to a 32-38 inch monitor. I have a mid 2012 Macbook Pro 15 (10,1) with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M graphics card. According to Nvidia's web site, the card's maximal resolution is 3840 X 2160. I have a similar problem when attempting to connect my new Macbook Pro (15 in) to my Dell U2410 monitor via HDMI. When I connect the HDMI cable to the monitor the Dell monitor displays 'No DVI-D 1 Cable' with no other signal displayed.

At 23.8 inches, it's big, and it boasts a 1920x1080 screen that's perfect for displaying secondary information when you're not focused on your Mac's native display. It only comes with DVI, HDMI, and VGA ports, though, so you'll definitely want to use a dongle if you go this route with a MacBook or MacBook Pro.
(But let's admit it: You're probably already used to that anyway.) Previous buyers generally seem to like it, too, as it retains a rating of four out of five stars even after 69 reviews. The main problem most report is that the built-in speakers are rather awful, but otherwise it's 'everything you could ask for.' If you're just going to use it as an external monitor, it should serve you well. Indeed, several users advise to wait to buy it until it's on sale, and considering that this price ties with the lowest number we've ever seen it listed for, this looks like that time. Doubling your productivity for just $100?

C'mon, we love Apple, but you're just not going to get a price like that from the folks in Cupertino.
Monitor For A Macbook Pro 15 2012 Specs
I just picked up a new MacBook Pro 15' 2012 model. It's not the retina display. I already had a 2009 MacBook 13' white that I've been running for a few years.
I was running BootCamp on my other MacBook, running Lion on the Mac OS side and Windows 7 on the Bootcamp side. I have an external monitor (LG) at home and a Samsung monitor at the office.
Macbook Pro 15 Review
I am using the mini display port to DVI adapter to run an external monitor between Lion and Windows 7 32bit just fine. I plugged in the mini display port to dvi plug into the new MacBook Pro and poof.my external monitor worked just fine in Mountain Lion but when I reboot to the Windows 8 64 bit side of things in boot camp.

It doesn't even see the external monitor or anything I've plugged into it. I know the cable is fine and the adapter is fine because it works on the Mountain Lion side of things. I'm thinking it is something to do with thunderbolt on the Windows side of things and that I'm missing a driver or something but I've tried for two days to get this thing working and I can't. Does anybody have any ideas on how to get Windows 8 64bit to recognize an external monitor connected to it? Thank you very much!
