Here is the problem, on my new HP system my C drive is only for windows 7 OS, no personal installs just OS, the C drive has very limed space. Well er, reinstalling it would be the best way to fix that and who knows how many other subtle problems you may have from just copying over the program folder. You should deactivate it on the old computer first or you may not be able to reactivate on the new mahcine (Or needlessly use up one of your two allowed activations).
